RuTube videos and Shorts in several qualities up to 1080p: an HLS link for every resolution.

What it does
Accepts rutube.ru/video/<id>/ and rutube.ru/shorts/<id>/ links. RuTube streams video over HLS, so media holds one .m3u8 link per quality (ext: m3u8, with quality and height), best first, plus the cover image with quality cover. Any HLS-capable player opens the playlist, and ffmpeg turns it into an MP4 file: ffmpeg -i "<url>" -c copy video.mp4. The response also carries title, description, author, and duration_sec.

How to use it
- Copy a rutube.ru/video/… or rutube.ru/shorts/… link.
- GET /api/v1/rutube?url=…
- Response: media[] with an .m3u8 link per quality, the cover, title, and duration_sec.
